You won't be able to 'upgrade' Pro over Ultimate, but you can do a parallel

But the Win 8 'legacy' desktop version of IE10 is a ripper.

It looks and feels much like IE9, but is more secure, and feels 'slicker'.

None of them come CLOSE to IE9/10.

IE still suffers unfairly from the IE6/7 lack of security.

There is NOTHING wrong with it.
