I can't get the wireless to work, it says connected but limited access and when I checked out the ip addresses it is different than what it should be i.e 169.234. instead of 192.168 what should I do?

So I just did a fresh start install with win 7 rtm and itunes works fine its the latest 8.2.blah blah and when I connect the touch(2nd gen) it just says that ipod "stephanie" cannot sync and then it...
