I have win 7 ultimate 64 bit so I have gpedit.msc but that tutorial doesn't help me because I want just the shut down option to be gone...

It's a matter of doing port forwarding correctly and adding a static ARP entry into the router. Without these wake on lan over the Internet is not gonna happen. I suggest buying a dd-wrt compatible...

How can I make my computer go to sleep after 2 minutes?

I'm running windows 7 and I want to make it go to sleep when it's at the login screen and no one touches the computer for 2 minutes.
