Plug and Play Crashing

So I recently just fixed a BSOD error and haven't had a problem since.
Now I get this message that randomly comes up saying "Windows must now restart because the Plug and Play service terminated...

I am looking into getting a newer adapter anyways because I need higher speeds and yeah this is pretty outdated. I just need internet for now, and this is the only thing that is holding me...
