I've removed the 210 and reinstalled the drivers again, though it still hasn't crashed since switching to DX11.

It was only ever crashing in WoW, which for some reason lets you chose which graphics API (DX9 or DX11) to use, by default it was set to DX9.
After switching it has not crashed once.

For some reason the default DirectX was set to DX9, after switching to DX11 it hasn't crashed since.

Is it possible for older DX versions to cause this problem?

Well, I had that second card in for around 5 months without issue. I still use it when watching streams / movies etc.

Also, Idle temp with one screen was 44 degrees.
