i have windows7 home premium, and i used to get bold like yours after installed IE9. So i did system restorer then it back to normal and the font no more bold.

Thank you so much for your kind help Jerry, its 841 of taskbar background color, and i have found out that number of 845 is aero taskbar background - YIPEEEE. Thanks again.
