Thanks but that no longer starts the 32bit version which, if I'm not mistaken, was removed when IE10 installed. I hope MS didn't assume nobody with 64bit win7 would never need to run 32bit IE again...

I am running 64bit win7 with SP1 and all updates. I have an AXIS network IP camera that I use to check on my bedridden mom. When running IE9 I could use the 32bit version and everything worked fine...
