I had a similar problem - but the other way...

I had a similar problem - but the other way around (IE XP networked machines couldn't print with my POrinter attached to W7Desktop)
My solution was at the bottom of this page...

I just carried out system restore to the most recent point (yesterday)
now the 32 bit works again - as well as the 64 bit

well - this situation has come about since I removed Bonjour and the registry files in regedit typing in Bonjour int he search
I could do the system restore in case it was the regedit that did it......

I have now lost the 32 bit Internet facility
64 bit works fine
There are a lot of things that just don't work on W7 Internet 64bit
so I usually switch to the 32bit...
