Hello, I am using utorrent and max down speed is 1.2mb and max up speed is 100kb!

Hello, I have a 16mb adsl, but I cannot download at more speed than 1mb!
First I got 1.6mb but now I wont reach higher than 1mb :( I've got a very good router :/
