This is something I think microsoft put on the disk to not allow multiple installs from the same disk. I had the same thing. I dont know how to help you, but it seems that it deletes something off...

I run 7 x64 on a old laptop turion system and I get a 1.9 experience score. (mainly due to HD and RAM 1gig) and x64 runs alot faster then XP pro 32bit.

I also have no real issues
