I did a win update with Win 7 build 7022 it downloaded Nvidia Quadro NVS 135M (prerealease WDDM 1.1) I installed it but still dont see that much of a difference.. Anyone have any suggestions?

My prob is that Im a freakin Noobie. I have a latitude d830 and my display driver is a quadro nvs 135m and areo wont work. I tried the new beta from nvidia and nothing man..Damn,, this is frustrating...
