lOok i did what you say system restore and when i try the sound on skype like the record setup i hear my voice now but i hear noise and voice in between but i hear my voice now clearly just that...

Well its been a problem for about 1 month doe but it was working until today i try to used skype and it aint working at all and hear all noice you think the system restore will work
