That software is not free and i can't afford it! Is there any way to stop that? I've already tried to delete the source file but it doesn't work! And I've tried to do multiple scans,registry...

I have a problem with my OS the file helppane.exe keeps popping in my screen i couldn't stop it! It always popping when i'm trying to execute it! It isn't listed in my msconfig.. I could execute it...
