My cursor only jumps when my laptop is plugged...

My cursor only jumps when my laptop is plugged into the charger, when its fully charged and unplugged it works perfectly, I'm in Windows 7 with a Dell Vostro.

Mine only jumps and has a mind of its own when I am plugged into my charger, when I have it as my laptop only its perfect all of the time!
