Stocks For Windows 7 (by Microsoft) - Where can I find it?

I really couldn't care less about MS dumping gadgets since 99% of them were useless, but this is one of the few gadgets that were actually useful. It seems to be impossible to find, which is strange...

Asus Laptop (Win 7 Pro) Getting BSOD Constantly

x64, original OS, OEM, age of PC: 3-4 months, age of OS installation: 2+ weeks

I've been getting the "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" BSOD followed by restarting almost nonstop the past couple weeks...
