Ok, that worked after I deleted, and pinned again. It makes no sense, to me, why I could make a working shortcut, but when pinned it defaulted to libraries. Thank You!

I can make a "computer" short cut on the desktop, but as soon as I pin it to the task bar, it ceases to open up in "computer", and always opens in "libraries".

Any ideas for shutting that "feature" off altogether? I find it most annoying. Where is the information kept?...... Especially on a USB flash drive? (one of the fixes says it won't work on a USB...
