Slow/Frozen menu after hours of inactivity?!

Hi.

I'm having some trouble with Windows 7 Ultimate MCE.

When booting my HTPC MCE starts automaticly, witch is fine, and it works.

When i'm i the menu i can choose to watch movies and TV...
