Hmmmmm, I don't have another 2TB drive available for backup. If I did, I may as well format that and copy the data over starting with the VMs.
Think, for now, I'll stick with my main VM on my SSD...

I've added the /b switch in to the command line...

I've added the /b switch in to the command line which seems to now allow copying of files previously denied. Shall see if this has done the trick once the copy completes.
