When windows loads up its seen as an unreconsided...

When windows loads up its seen as an unreconsided USB device in USB controllers tab.
But by unplugging it and plugging it back in again while the computer is on windows the reconised it and it work...

That is the correct kit yes. I have tryed plugging the dongle directly into the computer and have also tryed other other adapter which is the same and still no luck.
