When I check the device manager I get 3 base driver not found, and 1 unkown device.

I also installes drive checker to see if it could find the missing driver and no it can't.

ok installed windows 7 on one hdd and then I went...

ok installed windows 7 on one hdd and then I went to my bios and switch my drive 0 with drive 1

this is my bios setup

disk 0 = win 7
disk 1 = win xp

in the bios i just switch them around...

c:\ = Window 7 ultimate 64 bit, formatted as NTFS, hdd = 350gig
D:\ = windows xp sp2 32 bit, formatted as NTFS, hdd = 450gig

E:\ = files, formatted as NTFS, hdd = 450gig...

What they are saying is that both partitions are on the same drive,
so if c fails you will loose all your backups.

You must save to a complete other hdd disk.
