Win 7 installation on Vista computer won't work - Help!

Yesterday I installed Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit on a clean second HDD on my computer with FlamingBlade mobo, i7 920, 6 Gb DDR3 memory, and Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit running on the old HDD....
