I was finally able to uninstall the drivers...

I was finally able to uninstall the drivers through both the default uninstaller and Driver Sweeper , yet alone i fixed the SAM issue too. Thanks for your help zigzag and SledgeDG!

Should i try disable my current graphic card...

Should i try disable my current graphic card using device manager, and use my integrated graphic card to see if it helps , then follow zigzag's instruction (If this work).
