the amd radeon hd 7770 is the best bang for the buck though

use some type of adhesive with thermal tolerance for hdds

well,

this would be the most problem-free because the data could be written at the end of the drive too
and defragmentation and shrinking of the partition to make unallocated space fixes this

use power iso to make a iso file from your win 7 dvd

then download the windows 7 usb/dvd download tool

and install from a flash drive

not that hard to get a disk and do a clean install

i would reccomend it more than doing it from a recovery partition
