I have Asus P42Jc. My recovery partition size is 19.53 GB. But only 10 GB of that is full. can i shrink recovery partition and add rest of that to other partitions and use it? I need space!

I have a 3 Tera HDD. (WD My Book Essential (USB 3.0)). Last night I uninstalled a software which I do not remember its name by mistake. Apparently it was related to my WD hard drive for my computer...
