Here's the test. And I've already tried all that. I've disabled everything by my graphics card and Windows itself on startup and it STILL freezes!

Steam freezes my computer completely! HELP!

You see, it goes like this. I'm running this laptop with windows 7. I have my games on steam, and it seems that even though I'm running it in compatibility mode, it crashes after it tries to update...
