Sfc /Scannow found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

The title says it all. basically I have been running SFC scans all day and ran 2 chckdisk scans. Each time no luck. constantly getting "found problems but unable to fix some of them" message.

Try and do a System Restore to a date before you ran the registry cleaner.

Or, one fix for your immediate problem is to note the 3 character file...

lol, you have to tread carefully when you google file names, i find about 80% of google hits will tell you its malware when in fact it is a legitimate file.

The confusion comes from some malware...
