Hello, I just plugged both the ssd and the hhd into the SATA 3 card and it's going great. I guess it was trying to boot from the hhd which I had still on the motherboard. I ran the assessment again...

Thanks to both for your replies. I will try the dvd method and let you know what worked. Sometimes it's only impossible if you don't try. :)

For the record it isn't a usb card it's a pci card....
