Thats actually a good deal, however, I would add an SSD to really take advantage of your system. Even if you don't add an SSD, that is a pretty sweet system.

I worked for a PC repair company that used a big air tank that cleaned the dust out of a box very quickly, but thats overkill for you.

What you mean is the OP will not get Quad-channel speed benefits with a dual channel system. Yes. But this motherboard won't take more than 4GB per slot according to Asus; so the OP can't buy two 8GB...
