I already check on this but the volume icon on...

I already check on this but the volume icon on the notification area is dim (can't turn). Even I choose the restore default icon behaviors but the Volume icon still can't turn on.

The sound come out the speaker without any...

The sound come out the speaker without any problem and I can adjust with fn-f11 or fn-f12. The problem is the volume icon can't display on the task bar.

FSH.EXE

My PC got this FSH.EXE with Win7 anti-virus 2011 pop up box. How do I complete remove this? I used the AVAST didn't stop this.

Please help by provide information on how to remove this...
