Windows froze and restarted with strange resolution issue

I have a Radeon 6800 and everything was fine until my computer froze on day and it restarted with a low resolution.

Windows Explorer Crash/Restart over and over and over

So seemingly out of nowhere today when I woke up, my 'Windows Explorer' kept crashing and restarting and would just repeat this process repeatedly.

Taskbar list the number of grouped windows like XP?

On my taskbar button settings I have it set to

'Combine when the taskbar is full'

I like this because it still shows the name of the app open and I dont always want it to group it. But...
