Programs crash after trying printing

Every time i try to print something from a program, that program crashes. (Any Office Product, Chrome, Firefox, Paint, etc). Any ideas?

I cant get my windows 7 build 7000 to install. I have the ISO mounted to a virtual drive, and also burned it to a DVD. Each time I try to start it (while Vista is loaded), I get this error message...
