did you have raid on those 4 drives? if yes you may need to replace the 4th drive in order for the raid to rebuild the data. i dont think its possible to run a raid system without replacing the bad...

anyone know how to get those to show without selecting a group of files? i know in xp i was able to enable the status bar and then it would show total size of files in a particular folder but in win7...
