I would update to the latest utilities offered on your motherboard manufacturer's download site. There is a utility driver that would be updated by doing this, that has caused 0x116 and 0x117 errors....

There is a 0x3b error in there and that is why I am almost certain that removing your antivirus from the system completely will alleviate the problems...or very much at least one of your major ones.

No, it's not strange. Drivers can get corrupted in memory for many reasons besides a bad driver itself.
