Hello whenever I try to start my laptop right after the Starting Windows animation the blue screen appears and then says Windows has failed to start.

Yes it can run in windows 7 it has completed it once before.
But recently when I tried to run it again it got upto Pass 2: 0% Defrag and will not continue at all, so a friend recommended to run it...

Hello just a quick question.
When I run Disk Defragment it all goes well up until Pass 2: 0% Relocated.
It just stops there and will not continue, even for an hour or so.
Any ideas?
