Hmm That lessened the occurance but it still does it. Seems to be when my hdd has to load something or other, happens mostly while playing a game. Actually thats the only time I seen it happen.

For the most part it seems to be when the hdd is accessed, so its probally something with my HDD, thankfully I bought a 1tb portable hdd to backup stuff I want to keep just incase my main hdd goes....
