Wireless Connection Takes time to connect after Sleep

Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

I usually let the laptop go to sleep and when i wake the computer, the wireless connection takes about 2 or 3 minutes to reconnect to the network.

I have another win 7...

THe screenshot is for the wired speed


Then wireless is so~~~ slow that it only shows the ping(=139)
then it is "Preparing Download" for over 5 minutes

Hello

I upgraded from vista to Ultimate 32bit

The OS runs fine except the internet speed.

When wired to the modem, the internet speed is fine, but when i connect via wireless the internet...
