go to c:\windows\system32\ and change the catroot2 folder to catroot2.old
if it does not pop up anymore you can delete the catroot2.old folder cause another catroot2 folder will auto generate...

If you just want your favorites quick list back.. Make a favorites folder and then right click Include it...
