1) On the same error screen press SHIFT+F10 and it will open up a black Window. (a command prompt window) 2) In the black windows type the word "regedit"(without the inverted commas and hit enter....

Stucking at starting service screen,SOLUTION?

I have recently decided to reboot my Windows 7(64-bit), because of a blue-screen error. However in the middle of running the boot... the service screen appeared and the whole thing just STUCK!!! Now...
