When i play games or hd songs i can hear faint buzz from my gpu....when i play 720p or 1080p songs i cant hear with speakers on..when i put ear on gpu it is like electric buzz(chir chir like) but...

I use torrents for many files so it is in startup..
but same problem is with my dell laptop 5110 showing same issue....without bittorrent no problem but with bittorrent same problem

My pc freezes at startup(blanks icon+laggy) for 10seconds to 2 minutes depending upon torrent size....when i remove torrent pc starts normal.. any solution?
