Ok. Do one thing. Remove the mother board completely from the cabinet and take a brush/air gun and do the good clean-up and attach it again. Now your computer should not be restarting...

Though both are good but I would vote for gmail...

Though both are good but I would vote for gmail because it does not have any advertisement on it's page where as hotmail has number of advertisement on the page which makes noisy ;-)
