New laptop Temperature question

Hi Friends I have a quick question,I bought a used Laptop. Is it normal for my CPU to run cooler than my Video Card ???????????

HP dv6000

VideoCard -61 degrees
CPU------- 53 degrees

WMP54G V1 version 1.0 FIXED!

I went to Linksys Site to hopefully find drivers for my WMP54G V1 (version 1).I found no driver for Windows 7.So i tried All the drivers they offered anyway V1.0,V2.0,V4.0,V4.1,None of them work...
