Clock slowing down

The clock slows down about 20 min per day. It's fine before I upgraded to Win7 (along with BIOS update).

Any suggestion on what's the going on?

I have a few apps running, incl. Firefox, Outlook. I took down their PID and then exit those programs.

I run the following command:

netstat -a -o -b -p tcp

It will list many connections...

Copy the OS drive

I've a single partition for the OS (w/o that extra 100MB).

I used to run Ghost to copy the OS partition to another hard drive so that I can boot to the other one in case of the regular one breaks....

Stuck in shutting down
