I couldn't make the PC get a BSOD this time.

It will wake up from sleep mode with no problems at all, but at random times it will just freeze (only hard reset work on that point).

I gave it another try and put the PC to sleep for about an hour but this time I got BSOD :(

The problem is BSOD that happens randomly on Windows 7 32bit (I got Windows Vista as well and it works fine).
I tried to re-install the OS and update all the drivers already....
