After Update Realtek Drivers i cant get 5.1 sound

Hi!!
I had 5.1 sound working perfect on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, but i decided to update because i had to change pin assignament every time i reboot the computer through Realtek HD Audio Manager....
