Windows Home Premium 7 SP1, x64

Updates KB3004375 & KB3031432 won't install and give me error code 80083712

Did run SFC/scannow and also Disk Error Check both of which completed their work.

Getting to the "Open/Close" tray button is an awkward:( manoeuvre in my set up, but dropping in the disc is easy:D enough, so this is great, thanks :party:for the work.
