the System Update Readiness Tool ,found an update and installed it.

The SFC scan did not find any errors.

Windows update still is checking for updates forever and Cpu utilization...

I just unplugged all unnecessary disks and dvd from system.
Updated AHCI driver plugged them again and it works.
