i deleted all files that contained "sticky notes"...

i deleted all files that contained "sticky notes" from (c:)
but widows keep making new one:
stickyNotes.snt


which service or startup program does that?

HELP uninistall sticky notes

I instaled windows 7 ultimate
then instaled some other apps
started up sticky notes - they crashed

now when I ever start windovs its showing stickiy notes error:
