Auto Start-up

Motherboard Bios in compter does not have Wake on RTC. I must have used it with my previous computer in Win XP.

How do set win 7 to start-up at set time

I have searched for this (performed years ago) and tried several 'fixes'. There is no setting in the Bios as most remedies suggest.

That is the standard answer. The box has been unchecked since installation but the doesn't change a thing whether checked or unchecked. (Some people have found that it stopped when checking).

That is not the issue. The building supplies the routers and there is no security nor coding involved. I use to be able to boot up and the wifi would go into the last free router that I was using....
