Scan finished - no virus reported just some...

Scan finished - no virus reported just some malicious files ( didn't note names sorry ) cleaned up. Got system booted up, but took ages, ran the scannow which reported no problems. System boots up...

Don't know what WDO found, I left the quick scan running, when I returned it had re-booted & windows was ready with my username & it booted...

Win 7 x86 can't boot up, startup repair could not detect problem.
