gpedit.msc should be available if you have...

gpedit.msc should be available if you have administrator privileges. If you still can't get it working, find another way how to open gpedit.msc.

Well I don't know, maybe it is or maybe not... it just happens randomly for me when I've used my computer for several hours... I did the Clean Boot trick and some other stuff...

Well I solved it myself.... Network List Service...

Well I solved it myself.... Network List Service didn't started automatically because Network Location Awareness was manually started and these two services works together... nice but well it works...
